The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) subsidiary Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) will conduct walk-in interviews to hire chauffeurs for limousines, school bus drivers, and bus supervisors/attendants of all nationalities.
Candidates applying for the position of limousine driver must have two years of experience and a home country, UAE, or GCC driving license, offering a monthly income of more than Dh7,000.
Candidates applying for jobs as school bus drivers would receive a salary of Dh2,700 and needed to be between the ages of 23 and 45. Additionally necessary is the UAE driving license (heavy vehicle No. 6).
The Dubai Taxi honored 10 drivers in April who had completed the most rides via the “DTC App” in 2022. This honor is a result of DTC’s efforts to reward and motivate drivers for their work excellence.
More than 20,000 pupils from 58 government schools were also started to be integrated into the DTC School Bus App, which is used for school buses. This action is a component of DTC’s strategy to extend its services to public schools all around the emirate. Currently, about 800 routes offer transportation services using DTC’s school buses.
According to a Khaleej Times advertisement, walk-in interviews will be held at the Privilege Labour Recruitment Office M-11, Abu Hail Center, on Friday, August 11, from 7 am to 11 am, for the positions of drivers and supervisors.
