Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and his Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaishankar discussed bilateral relations, regional and international issues in New Delhi.Mirzoyan stressed the strength of the centuries-old relations between Armenia and India, describing them as having reached a new level in recent years thanks to mutual efforts, according to Armenian News Agency (Armenpress).He also stressed the importance of maintaining the pace of high-level visits to strengthen cooperation in the economic, trade, technological and cultural spheres.The Armenian Foreign Minister pointed out that the bilateral talks touched on regional and international issues, stressing the importance of regular political consultations between the two foreign ministries and the regular sessions of the Intergovernmental CommissionAt the end of the meeting, the two sides signed two memoranda of understanding to enhance cooperation in the fields of diplomacy and drug regulation.
