UK Prime Minister reaffirms support for Ukraine

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at Downing Street on Saturday to discuss continued support for Ukraine and the ongoing developments in the war.During the meeting, Starmer reiterated Britain's commitment to standing by Ukraine, emphasizing that the United Kingdom will continue to support Kyiv for as long as necessary.The meeting comes just one day after Zelensky's visit to Washington, where he met with U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House, who threatened to cut American aid to Ukraine.The discussions also take place ahead of the European Union leaders' summit on Sunday, which Zelensky is set to attend to discuss Ukraines peace plan.Zelensky is also scheduled to meet with King Charles III on Sunday, according to British media reports.
