French President hails DR Congo, Rwanda Peace Agreement

French President Emmanuel Macron said that the peace agreement signed between DR Congo and Rwanda was a historic step forward.He highlighted that the agreement will end a conflict that led to the killing of thousands of civilians. He added that France called on the two countries to ensure the peace agreement holds.The two countries signed a peace agreement yesterday in Washington DC, in the presence of US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the foreign ministers of the two countries.
