Turkish, Syrian Presidents discuss bilateral ties, regional developments

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met on Saturday with his Syrian counterpart, Ahmad Al Sharaa, who is visiting Turkiye.The meeting discussed bilateral ties, in addition to regional and global developments.The Turkish President told Al Sharaa that Israel's aggression on Syrian territory is unacceptable, adding that Turkiye will continue to oppose this on all platforms.Erdogan affirmed that Turkish-Syrian relations will continue to grow in all fields, especially energy, defense, and transportation.
