The Foreign Ministers of Germany, France, and Britain called on the Israeli entity to allow unimpeded flow of humanitarian aid into Gaza in compliance with international law.’Humanitarian aid must never be used as a political tool and Palestinian territory must not be reduced nor subjected to any demographic change.,’ the European ministers said in a joint statement issued on Wednesday.’Crucially, we urge all parties to return to a ceasefire. We continue to call on Hamas for the immediate release of all the remaining hostages,’ the ministers added. The Israeli occupation authorities have blocked the entry of humanitarian aid and commercial supplies into the Gaza Strip since the end of the first phase of the ceasefire agreement in early March, leading to severe shortage of essential supplies. The Israeli occupation continues to impose an unprecedented blockade on the Gaza Strip, leaving approximately 2.4 million Palestinians homeless after destroying their homes in the war of genocide.Meanwhile, Gaza has entered a state of famine due to the continued closure of border crossings and the suspension of aid deliveries, particularly following the resumption of the Israeli aggression on the Strip on Mar. 18, 2025, despite international and UN warnings of a worsening humanitarian catastrophe.
