Algeria, US sign MoU on military cooperation

Algeria and the United States signed Wednesday a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on military cooperation.This came during a meeting between Chief of Staff of the Peoples National Army (PNA) General Said Chanegriha and Commander of US Africa Command (AFRICOM) General Michael Langley.The two sides said the partnership between the two countries was witnessing positive dynamics in various fields, including the fields of defense and security.For his part, the American official expressed his constant aspiration to work on strengthening military cooperation relations, praising the level of multidimensional coordination between the two parties.The meeting also discussed the state of military cooperation between the two countries, and exchanged views on issues of common interest.
